Job Summary
This role involves joining a dynamic logistics and transport group, taking responsibility for all operational Service Desk tasks across multiple companies. Day-to-day duties include prioritizing and documenting issues using a ticket system, analyzing errors, and initiating corrective measures. You will also collaborate with IT Vendor Management to support strategic partners within the Service Desk environment and assist with various IT projects. The ideal candidate has a completed vocational training or is a career changer, possessing strong familiarity with common hardware and software (MS Office, Windows 10, printers, networks). Success requires high service and solution orientation, IT affinity, quick comprehension, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
