Job Summary
This role requires an experienced ERP Application Expert to take cross-location responsibility for all ERP applications, operating within a Plan, Build, and Run framework. You will be instrumental in designing, modernizing, and standardizing the ERP and freight forwarding software landscape for a dynamic transport and logistics group. Key daily activities include ensuring application availability, acting as a functional contact point for ERP requirements, collaborating with infrastructure and service desk teams (handling 2nd and 3rd level support), and managing strategic IT vendors. The ideal candidate possesses an IT-related degree or relevant vocational qualification, coupled with at least five years of professional experience, deep process understanding in logistics, and familiarity with ERP systems.
