Day-to-day tasks involve hands-on installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software, managing user accounts and permissions within Windows/Microsoft environments, and providing essential 1st and 2nd-level support to employees. The role also includes supporting IT projects, system updates, managing IT inventory, and ensuring thorough documentation of processes. Key requirements include a relevant IT qualification (such as an IT System Management Specialist or System Integration Specialist), strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Active Directory, and network technology, coupled with experience in standard Office and ERP systems.
