The professional will be responsible for the comprehensive maintenance, support, and continuous development of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, clients, networks, and peripheral devices. Key daily tasks involve installing and configuring hardware and software, managing user accounts and permissions within Windows/Microsoft environments, and providing essential 1st and 2nd level technical support to staff. The ideal candidate must possess a relevant IT qualification, strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Active Directory, and network technology, coupled with experience in standard Office and ERP systems.
