Job Summary

The Federal Real Estate Agency (BImA) is seeking a dedicated Technical Consultant specializing in Electrical Engineering to join the Knowledge Management division within Facility Management. This role, preferably based in Bonn, involves acting as the primary technical contact for responsible electrical specialists nationwide, leveraging deep technical understanding and knowledge of regulatory frameworks. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading central projects related to electrical systems, such as implementing intelligent energy data management to support sustainable operations and decarbonization goals. The consultant will also continuously monitor and analyze changes in relevant laws, directives, and regulations, preparing this information for internal publication and conducting training sessions. Furthermore, the role involves developing operational standards for electrical systems, covering warranty tracking, modernization, renovation, and conversions, ensuring compliant operation across a complex federal real estate portfolio. This is a full-time, permanent position offering flexible, mobile work arrangements with required business travel across Germany.
