Job Summary

This role involves serving as an expert in Geoinformation Systems (GIS) within the IT division of a major federal real estate agency, ensuring the stable and secure operation of the ArcGIS Enterprise platform for all employees. The expert will be responsible for 2nd and 3rd level support, conducting root cause analysis for IT disruptions, and developing robust solutions for smooth operations. Key activities include managing the entire lifecycle of GIS IT products, from planning and steering changes (Change Requests) and coordinating new releases (Release Management) to final go-live. The position requires strong collaboration skills to manage external service providers and engage with internal and external stakeholders to continuously advance the agency's digital infrastructure.
