Job Summary

This role involves providing essential First- and Second-Level IT support (via phone, remote access, or on-site) to approximately 1,500 users within a dynamic hospital environment. Key responsibilities include problem acceptance, analysis, and resolution for all IT inquiries, meticulous documentation within the ticketing system, and close collaboration with internal IT teams (Applications and Infrastructure) during rollouts, patching, and migrations. The specialist will also coordinate and prepare IT workstations, monitor recurring IT jobs, and integrate new locations into the existing infrastructure, managing PCs, printers, and network components in satellite clinics (MVZ). The ideal candidate must possess a completed IT vocational qualification, professional experience in IT support, and strong technical knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and networking configurations, coupled with high service orientation and effective communication skills.
