Job Summary

This is a pioneering leadership role focused on establishing and scaling the Artificial Intelligence division within a dynamic medical-diagnostic group. The successful candidate will assume overall responsibility for building, steering, and advancing the AI area from the ground up, transforming strategic vision into operational reality. Day-to-day tasks include identifying viable AI use cases across all corporate functions (medical, lab, IT, HR), conceptualizing and leading complex, cross-departmental AI projects from initiation through to productive implementation, and developing robust governance structures and standards for responsible AI deployment. A key function involves coaching and enabling staff in the effective use of AI tools and best practices. Candidates must possess a completed degree in relevant technical fields (e.g., Data Science, AI, Computer Science) and foundational experience with AI technologies, particularly Generative AI. This key position offers significant scope for design, short decision paths with direct access to management, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a sensitive medical environment.
