Job Summary

Join a leading logistics software provider in Bremen as an IT Administrator focusing on Linux systems within the Data Center Operations Team. This role involves the conception, administration, and continuous optimization of the core infrastructure, including managing a landscape of 800 Linux servers, networks, storage, and backups. Day-to-day tasks include integrating and optimizing existing system environments, monitoring, creating technical documentation, and supporting colleagues in introducing new systems. You will also participate in incident and service management, handling ticket processing, troubleshooting, and proactive problem prevention. The ideal candidate has professional experience in the Linux server environment, ideally with knowledge of RHEL, Ansible, or containerization, or experience with storage systems, VMware, and Veeam backup. Strong German (C1) and good English skills are required, along with an educational background in System Integration.
