Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Specialist Planner for HVAC systems to manage projects across commercial, residential, and special construction sectors, spanning HOAI service phases 1 through 7. Day-to-day responsibilities involve consulting clients on plant technologies, developing preliminary and draft designs in coordination with architects, creating documentation for necessary approval procedures, and preparing tender specifications and awarding processes. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Supply Engineering, or is a certified Technician or Master Craftsman, and is proficient with the HOAI performance specifications.
