Job Summary

As an HVAC Specialist Planner, you will lead the technical planning and design of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary systems for commercial, residential, and special-purpose construction projects. Your daily responsibilities involve managing project phases 1 through 7 of the HOAI (Official Scale of Fees for Services by Architects and Engineers), which includes basic evaluation, preliminary design, and final planning in close coordination with clients and architects. You will be responsible for preparing permit application documents, creating detailed bills of quantities, and managing the procurement process. A key part of this role is the close collaboration with CAD designers to ensure technical accuracy.
