This role seeks an experienced Development Manager to lead and expand a local German team of DevOps Engineers within the Sovereign Cloud Delivery organization. The core responsibility is managing day-to-day operations of SAP solutions, ensuring compliance with local German regulations, and delivering best-in-class service while adhering to strict SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and optimizing Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). The manager will be accountable for annual goals, driving business outcomes, and ensuring the efficiency of operations processes using modern DevOps principles. Success requires strong leadership, expertise in operating SAP solutions in a public cloud environment, and excellent communication skills for collaboration with global teams and customer-facing activities. Commitment to daily office presence in Berlin or St. Leon Rot is required for effective team collaboration.
