Job Summary

The Investment Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive management, coordination, and execution of all activities related to the preparation and implementation of investment projects, focusing on sustainable mobility and synthetic rubber production within the chemical industry. Day-to-day tasks involve leading and coordinating the project team, preparing and monitoring the investment plan, defining project objectives and deliverables, and creating detailed project and time schedules. A critical component of the role is resource management, including budget allocation and tool administration, alongside proactive risk identification and mitigation planning. The ideal candidate requires a Master's degree in Engineering or Chemical Engineering, extensive experience in executing investment projects, and fluency in both German and English. Strong leadership, effective team management, and proficiency with tools like MS Project and SAP S/4 HANA are essential for success in this challenging and future-oriented role.
