Key responsibilities include preparing technical scope requirements for tenders, overseeing contractor activities, ensuring quality control, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or Measurement Technology, possess practical experience in implementing investment projects, and demonstrate fluency in both German and English.
