Job Summary

This role is for an experienced professional joining STACKIT, a European cloud and colocation provider focused on building secure, independent infrastructure. The core mission is to manage and optimize the distributed cloud environment, ensuring seamless functionality and compatibility. Day-to-day tasks involve evaluating hardware for cloud operations, coordinating closely with internal teams (Distributed Cloud, Sales, Data Center staff), and acting as the central point of contact for Public and Private Cloud customers, including those utilizing VS-Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate possesses a background in IT (degree or vocational training), strong communication skills, and a focus on standardization and scalability. This position requires up to 20% travel for on-site customer support and offers the opportunity to shape the future of European cloud infrastructure.
