Job Summary
This high-level IT Policy Advisor role, situated within the State Police Headquarters, focuses on driving the digital and mobile transformation agenda. The advisor will handle fundamental issues related to digitalization, provide strategic consulting to senior decision-makers regarding innovative IT solutions and Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications, and prepare critical management decisions. Key responsibilities include steering complex IT projects and collaborating across various government departments and institutions on prominent technical topics in police IT. Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Computer Science or a related IT-focused field, coupled with several years of experience in strategic consulting and IT project management, ideally within a public sector environment. Required Skills
Education
Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Management, or a mathematical, natural science, or engineering degree with a focus on IT.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in IT project management
- Several years of professional experience in strategic consulting
- Extensive experience in planning, organizing, and conducting meetings, workshops, and conferences
- Experience working in a governmental or institutional environment (preferred)
