Job Summary

This role involves taking full responsibility for the entire lifecycle of the company's Subscription Services, ensuring their effective delivery and continuous development for customers. The Service Owner will coordinate all necessary activities, monitor service performance, analyze weaknesses, and identify optimization potential to enhance efficiency and quality. A key function is acting as the central interface between the technical team, development department, and various internal stakeholders to guarantee efficient service provision. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in (Business) Informatics or Engineering, coupled with several years of professional experience in IT Management, preferably in a Service Owner capacity. Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks like ITIL and excellent communication skills in both German and English are mandatory for success in this ambitious digital environment.

Required Skills

Education

Degree in (Business) Informatics, Engineering, or comparable qualification. ITIL Certification (advantageous).

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in IT Management
  • Professional experience in a Service Owner or similar role (preferred)
  • Comprehensive knowledge in the implementation of ITSM frameworks like ITIL
  • Experience in integrating ITSM systems into existing application and tooling environments
  • Experience with commercial and business aspects, including pricing and market analysis
