Job Summary

This role focuses on managing and optimizing the tooling landscape, primarily using Jira and Confluence, within the Krones R&D division, specifically Corporate Digitalization & Automation. The Tooling and Process Manager acts as a Key User, driving the continuous development of tools for agile multi-project management and creating foundational concepts for new requirements. Day-to-day tasks include serving as the central point of contact for tool-related inquiries, defining guidelines and standards for efficient tool usage, and ensuring optimal application through training, documentation, and coaching. Collaboration with stakeholders like Release Management, DevOps, and Security is crucial for process automation and optimization. The ideal candidate has a background in Business Informatics or a related field, strong expertise in Jira/Confluence administration, and excellent communication skills to navigate complex organizational structures. This is a fixed-term position covering parental leave for one year.
