Job Summary
This role is ideal for a currently enrolled student passionate about leveraging data to drive strategic decisions within a dynamic media house focused on sports and journalism. The Working Student Data & Analytics will be integral to the Digital Business & Product Development team, focusing on analyzing usage and reach data across web, app, social media, and paid content platforms. Key responsibilities include creating essential reports and dashboards for editorial, product, and marketing teams, developing data-driven hypotheses for optimization, and executing and evaluating A/B tests. Candidates must be pursuing a relevant degree (e.g., Data Science, Business Informatics, Statistics) and possess foundational experience in data analytics, visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau, or programming languages like Python or R. This position offers significant autonomy, direct collaboration with experienced Audience Development experts, and the chance to manage independent projects that directly impact the growth strategy of one of Germany's largest sports publishers.
