Field Service Technician (Rail Signaling Systems) | Servicetechniker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Field Service Technician specializing in rail signaling systems, specifically ETCS, LZB, and PZB. Based in Frankfurt am Main, you will be responsible for the independent commissioning, troubleshooting, and complex fault resolution of these critical signaling systems in rail vehicles. Day-to-day tasks involve testing wiring (continuity, insulation, and voltage tests), commissioning electrical and electromechanical assemblies (hardware and software), and meticulously documenting all test and measurement results. The ideal candidate holds a degree as a Master Mechatronics Technician or Technician, possesses extensive professional experience in a similar industrial setting, and demonstrates a high degree of independence and problem-solving skills. The position requires excellent German language skills, basic English proficiency, and a high willingness to travel for on-site work, including occasional night shifts, offering a secure, permanent contract with diverse and responsible tasks.
