Job Summary

This role involves actively shaping system-supported processes within the network construction sector for a major energy company in Regensburg. The Process Manager will be responsible for conceptualizing system-supported processes in collaboration with process owners and product owners, conducting thorough process analysis through interviews and independent research, and leading workshops for both analysis and conceptualization. A key daily task includes documenting business processes using BPMN 2.0 models and maintaining current process documentation, including detailed work and click instructions in Confluence. The ideal candidate possesses a strong analytical and conceptual style, exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills, and professional experience in process management, preferably within the IT network community or regional energy supply companies. This position is initially fixed-term until the end of 2026, with potential for extension or permanent hire, offering flexibility with home office options alongside required in-office presence.
