Job Summary

This role is a temporary position until the end of 2026, offering potential for extension or permanent takeover, focusing on complex issue resolution within the SAP S/4 environment for an energy sector company. The Senior Expert will be responsible for analyzing and resolving clarification cases (Klärfälle) within SAP S/4 and SAP IS-U, requiring deep knowledge of utility-specific processes like metering concepts, device management, and billing/reading functionalities. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing process documents, troubleshooting error configurations, preparing incidents and user stories for further development, and performing data cleansing. The position offers significant flexibility, operating primarily remotely, with occasional on-site work required in Kabelsketal and other locations by agreement. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SAP professional to apply specialized utility sector knowledge in a critical, high-impact role.
