Job Summary

Join a dynamic team focused on designing and implementing innovative Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions for clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include the conceptualization, design, and implementation of enterprise solutions based on platforms like Salesforce or Creatio. You will actively participate in gathering customer requirements, analyzing associated business processes, and preparing and conducting client workshops. The ideal candidate holds a degree in (Business) Informatics or Digital Transformation and brings over two years of experience working with CRM systems, ideally in a consulting capacity. Success in this role requires solid knowledge of requirements management, proficiency in agile methodologies (e.g., SCRUM), and very strong communication skills in both German and English. This full-time, permanent position offers attractive compensation starting at €53,200 gross annually, flexible working arrangements including home office options, and excellent training programs to support career development.
