The Senior Strategy Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological future of Siemens Healthineers by leading complex evaluations of emerging technologies and innovations, assessing their relevance to the company's portfolio, and initiating subsequent implementation projects. This role requires developing strategic perspectives on technology trends, acting as a thought leader both internally and externally through whitepapers and executive briefings, and serving as a strategic sparring partner for the CTO and Senior Management. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in physics, digital health, or AI, coupled with extensive experience in a technology-driven role (R&D, Product Management, or Strategy). Success in this position hinges on strong strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills for presenting complex topics to top management, and the ability to build robust internal and external networks, including academic partnerships. Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree in Physics, Digital Health, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields; Doctorate is advantageous

Experience

  • Many years of experience in at least one technology-driven role (e.g., Product Management, R&D, Strategy, or Innovation)
  • Strategy experience, ideally supplemented by experience in management consulting or in-house strategy
  • Leadership experience in project management, ideally in interdisciplinary or international teams
  • Experience in the MedTech environment (ideal)
  • Proven ability to quickly understand and evaluate new technological developments
