Job Summary

This crucial role involves joining a dynamic, international team within Siemens to actively shape and drive the agile transformation of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes for Hardware, Electronics, and Software Development. The expert will focus on continuous improvement, quality, and efficiency, utilizing data-based metrics and KPIs to evaluate process effectiveness. Key responsibilities include translating new corporate and industry standards (like ISO 9001 and IEC 62443) into the PLM process to ensure compliance and auditability. The role requires planning and accompanying internal/external audits, leading change initiatives, and actively promoting defined processes through stakeholder training. Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, long-term experience in R&D process management, and fluent command of both German and English, enabling effective collaboration across international teams and organizational boundaries.
