Job Summary

This role is for a (Junior) Engineer specializing in Electrical Engineering, with a clear development path to becoming an Expert Railway Inspector (Design and Acceptance Tester) for DB InfraGO AG. You will be instrumental in ensuring the technical quality of planning and the successful commissioning of large-scale railway infrastructure projects, focusing on 50Hz electrical engineering. Day-to-day, you will perform technical design reviews, make critical decisions on construction sites to finalize project realization, and ensure strict compliance with railway-specific laws and technical regulations. The position requires a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, extensive professional knowledge as a planning engineer, and experience managing complex planning tasks autonomously. You will undergo comprehensive qualification measures to achieve the necessary certification from the Federal Railway Authority (EBA).
