Job Summary
As a First Level IT Support Specialist, you will be the initial point of contact for IT users, handling incoming inquiries via various channels such as calls, emails, web tickets, and chats. Your daily tasks will involve creating, processing, and resolving support tickets in the first line, adhering to defined processes and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and utilizing solution databases and SOPs. You will provide essential hardware and software support to IT users and be responsible for monitoring and tracking tickets, ensuring efficient workflow management. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Technical Assistant for Computer Science or a comparable qualification
Experience
