Job Summary

This highly responsible leadership role focuses on ensuring the safe, cost-optimized, and environmentally compliant operation, maintenance, and expansion of high-voltage transmission network assets, specifically overhead lines, cables, and ancillary systems. The successful candidate will leverage deep expertise in high-voltage network operations and line technology to manage critical infrastructure. Key day-to-day duties involve leading a team of six employees, motivating them, and ensuring high standards of operational, occupational, and supply safety. Furthermore, the role requires acting as the 'Responsible Electrical Specialist,' overseeing compliance with all relevant laws and standards. You will also manage budgets, resources, and coordinate external contractors from commissioning through to final acceptance, making this a pivotal position in securing reliable energy supply.
