This is a key leadership role focused on establishing and managing a new division specializing in Sheet Piling and Soil Mixing within the Specialist Civil Engineering sector. The Division Manager will be responsible for actively shaping the division's setup, providing technical and disciplinary leadership to commercial personnel and apprentices, and ensuring efficient operational management. Day-to-day tasks include personnel planning (deployment and vacation schedules), consulting the calculation department on pricing, selecting appropriate equipment types, and organizing site logistics and material storage. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, technical expertise in civil engineering, and the ability to act as the central interface between management and site teams, driving entrepreneurial success in this growing field.
