This role involves the responsible management and execution of complex large-scale projects in special civil engineering (Spezialtiefbau) within the Frankfurt region. As a Senior Construction Manager, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with legal, safety, and quality standards while managing costs and schedules. Your day-to-day will involve leading teams of site managers and foremen, coordinating equipment and materials, and negotiating with clients and specialist planners regarding contract modifications and supplementary services. You will also be responsible for performance reporting, project analysis, and subcontractor management.
