Job Summary

This role involves supporting the production team at Airbus Aerostructures in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, focusing specifically on work preparation and electrical systems management. The specialist will be crucial in resolving technical issues, managing non-conformities, and driving continuous improvement routines within the production environment. Key responsibilities include executing Work Order Management for external tasks, escalating recurring problems that cannot be solved at Level 1, and integrating various support roles (Work Prep, PPE, Maintenance, MAP, OSW) into improvement cycles. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or Aerospace, or an equivalent technical qualification, coupled with professional experience in work preparation, electrical systems, and aerospace manufacturing. Proficiency in SAP and Google Workspace, along with advanced English and fluent German skills, is required to manage the complex technical and administrative demands of this critical aerospace position.
