Job Summary

This role involves working as an Embedded Software Engineer for HENSOLDT, a global leader in premium sensor technology for security and surveillance missions, located in Taufkirchen. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle for embedded systems, including specification, design, and implementation using C/C++ within a model-driven approach. Key daily tasks include performing hardware/software integration, creating comprehensive software development documentation, and developing specialized PC-based software tools for type testing equipment. Verification and validation of software, defining test procedures, and documenting results at both the software and system levels are crucial. The position requires close collaboration with systems engineering, hardware/firmware development, and algorithm teams, demanding strong technical skills in embedded systems and fluency in both German and English.
