The core responsibilities involve the full lifecycle management of test equipment and automated test systems for HF products, such as HF amplifiers. Day-to-day tasks include developing systems to verify critical electrical and HF-specific parameters (e.g., S-parameters, VSWR, damping, signal purity) and selecting appropriate HF measurement technology like Network Analyzers and Spectrum Analyzers. You will coordinate closely with development, quality, and manufacturing departments to align on test plans, software, and specifications. A key focus is the commissioning and continuous optimization of test equipment under strict EMC and HF-specific requirements. Candidates must possess a degree in a relevant engineering field, strong knowledge of HF technology, and professional experience developing electrical, mechanical, and software-based test equipment. Familiarity with test software programming (e.g., LabVIEW, Python, C#, TestStand) is preferred.
