Job Summary

This role involves acting as a steering authority within an Embedded Software Development team at a leading maritime high-technology company, significantly shaping the electro-technical product and component development. The engineer will be responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and prioritizing requirements for embedded software and its hardware interfaces, working closely with internal and external stakeholders. A core part of the job is managing and continuously developing the Product Backlog using agile methodologies like SCRUM, ensuring prioritization aligns with quality, cost, and schedule (QKT) targets. The position requires coordinating the development team, collaborating with system architects and hardware developers, and participating in agile ceremonies (Reviews, Sprint Plannings, Retrospectives) to drive continuous improvement and ensure goal-oriented, value-driven implementation within the high-tech defense sector.
