Job Summary

This role is for an IT System Specialist supporting the complex IT infrastructure and application systems of TKMS ATLAS ELEKTRONIK GmbH, a leader in maritime high-technology based in Bremen. Day-to-day responsibilities include the administration and optimization of critical IT services, specifically focusing on Network, Data Center, and Workplace environments. You will be instrumental in developing standard services for self-service portals and providing Second-Level technical support, utilizing diagnostic systems for effective troubleshooting. Furthermore, the specialist will participate in complex IT projects and ensure changes are implemented according to ITIL processes. Key requirements include vocational training as an IT Specialist or equivalent, initial professional experience in complex IT administration, and mandatory ITIL certification. This position is attractive due to its high-tech maritime context, permanent contract, and the flexibility to work remotely up to 50% after consultation.
