Job Summary

This role involves supporting the development of IT platforms from a security perspective for a renowned client in the aerospace industry, based in Kiel. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing IT security analyses, assessments, and penetration tests, ensuring the effectiveness of security measures, and developing and implementing comprehensive IT security guidelines, procedures, and solutions. The engineer will act as the primary contact for internal and external IT security matters, analyze and remediate product security vulnerabilities (PSIRT), and implement customer-specific IT security requirements, such as DISA STIG. Key qualifications include a degree in Computer Science or equivalent, knowledge of relevant security standards, Group Policy, SBOM, Git, VMs, and containers, alongside scripting skills in Bash or PowerShell.
