This role involves specialized RF Antenna Design for radio communication systems, focusing heavily on integration into flying platforms within the FCAS program in the aerospace industry. Day-to-day responsibilities include the full lifecycle of antenna development—from initial design, optimization, and testing, through to verification and preparation for series production. You will conduct feasibility studies, evaluate technical concepts for performance and system compatibility, and actively support platform integration and component-level verification. Success in this position requires a Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related fields, coupled with solid professional experience in antenna development and integration. Expertise in HF modeling and simulation tools (like CST Microwave Studio or AWR Microwave Office) and proficiency in HF measurement techniques are essential. The position is attractive due to its high level of technical specialization in cutting-edge aerospace projects and the flexibility of approximately 50% remote work.
