Job Summary

This role involves coordinating electronic and electromechanical components for a leading global system provider specializing in submarines and naval vessels. The Coordinator will be responsible for essential material management tasks, including assigning customs tariff numbers (requiring personal certification), GTIN/GS1 numbers, and maintaining material master data while ensuring compliance with regulations like REACH and RoHS. A key daily activity is evaluating and implementing replacement materials for obsolete components and processing quality reports. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical qualification, possesses fundamental knowledge of electronic components, and is proficient in SAP. Success in this position requires strong analytical skills to assess technical datasheets and fluent communication in both German and English to advise development teams on material issues and support material registration efforts.
