Job Summary

This role seeks an expert Software Architect specializing in Embedded Systems to join a renowned client in the aerospace, defense, and radar technology sector in Berlin. The architect will be crucial in defining and implementing the system architecture for new System-on-Chip (SoC) Embedded platforms, focusing on real-time requirements, performance, and scalability. Key responsibilities include low-level software design using Embedded C++ (C++17/20) on microcontrollers, defining VHDL/FPGA architectures, and optimizing performance through effective interface management between software and hardware. The ideal candidate possesses excellent knowledge of C++ and VHDL, practical experience with FPGAs, and familiarity with RTOS and communication protocols. This is a challenging full-time position offering up to 60% remote work flexibility.
