Job Summary

This role involves working as a Solution Architect specializing in IP-Routing and transmission media for a high-tech software manufacturer focused on communication technology within the defense sector, located near Munich. The core responsibilities include developing comprehensive IT concepts, generating configuration specifications for IT components and transmission systems (both hardware and software), and overseeing the implementation, configuration, and commissioning processes. The successful candidate will also prepare, participate in, and evaluate field trials, working closely with System Engineers/Architects. Key qualifications include a degree in Computer Science or related fields, professional experience integrating data transmission systems/networks, and specific knowledge of radio network planning, transmission media (like the Rohde&Schwarz SDTR family), and IP-Routing. The position offers a challenging environment with modern technologies and requires four days of office presence per week, with one day of potential remote work.
