Job Summary

This role is ideal for a technically qualified professional, preferably with experience in naval environments, to work as a Technical Writer specializing in Operational Management Plans for a prominent client in the naval shipbuilding sector near Bremen. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the editorial creation of these operational plans, meticulous verification of the depicted systems and installations through on-board inspections, and coordinating with suppliers to procure necessary technical documentation. A key function is assessing technical information and translating it into user-friendly system and installation representations. The successful candidate must possess a technical degree in Electrical Engineering or IT, strong technical knowledge of ship-related systems (e.g., communication, navigation), and proficiency in MS Office. Excellent German and English language skills are highly desired for effective cross-functional communication.
