Job Summary

This role involves supporting the Technical Management team within the defense industry, focusing on system development, integration, and project execution. Day-to-day tasks include managing work packages, defining resource requirements and schedules, and handling technical decision-making, including make-or-buy choices. A core responsibility is technical documentation, including specifying test concepts and managing internal/external acceptances. The engineer will also coordinate interfaces for system qualification (e.g., environmental, EMC, functional safety), manage suppliers, and conduct technical presentations of proposals to clients worldwide. The ideal candidate holds a technical degree in Engineering or a comparable qualification, possesses good German and professional English skills, and is comfortable with international travel. Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence is a plus, making this an excellent opportunity for an ambitious engineer to contribute to complex defense projects.
