Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious Sub-Project Manager specializing in Hardware Development to lead and oversee critical hardware projects for FERCHAU's clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include comprehensive project planning, defining milestones, managing resources, and controlling costs and schedules. The manager will be responsible for evaluating development progress against functional, budgetary, and timeline goals, coordinating necessary measures with various departments, and collaborating closely with commercial project controlling. Key qualifications include a degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on hardware engineering. Candidates must possess fundamental knowledge of circuit development, including Microcontroller, FPGA, Analog, and Digital technologies. Extensive experience with standard hardware development processes, such as the V-Model, and practical experience utilizing ECAD tools like CR5000 or CR8000 are essential for success in this challenging and rewarding technology role.
