Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious Electrical Development Engineer to join an innovative R&D team focused on high-tech electrical and automation solutions. The core responsibilities include the conception and design of electrical and control systems, managing development processes, and coordinating interdisciplinary work packages from prototyping to successful series implementation. You will be responsible for creating detailed wiring diagrams and cable harness designs using modern ECAD tools, collaborating with external suppliers, and ensuring quality through rigorous system testing and validation. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Mechatronics and possesses initial professional experience in electrical system development, ideally gained through internships or a first permanent position. Proficiency in ECAD systems (such as EPLAN or Altium Designer) and familiarity with relevant industry standards (DIN, VDE, ISO) are essential.
