Job Summary

This role involves taking full responsibility for the coordination, leadership, execution, and development of strategic and digital IT projects, primarily supporting OEMs and suppliers in the automotive industry. The IT Project Manager will be crucial in advancing digitalization and networking initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include implementing and refining project management processes, methods, and tools, acting as the key interface between technical departments and project partners, and creating and tracking requirement specifications. A successful candidate must possess a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field, coupled with relevant professional experience in IT Project Management and practical experience with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum. Strong communication, organizational skills, and negotiation abilities are essential for success in this challenging and rewarding environment.
