This role involves taking charge of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Sanitary (HVAC/TGA) projects from initial concept through to successful completion. The core responsibilities include comprehensive planning, coordination, and supervision of HLS (Heating, Ventilation, Sanitary) projects, ensuring technical implementation meets high standards, costs are controlled, and deadlines are met. The technician will oversee construction execution, coordinate various trades and external project partners, and manage internal meetings and negotiations with clients.
