Job Summary
As a 2nd Level Support Specialist in Düsseldorf, you will be instrumental in resolving complex technical issues for a leading IT service provider. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve meticulously processing incoming hardware and software incidents, classifying and prioritizing them within the ticketing system, and conducting thorough error analyses to implement effective solutions. You'll provide crucial first-line support via remote assistance and escalate unresolved issues to higher-tier teams when necessary. This role is ideal for someone with a strong IT affinity, a relevant vocational IT background, and practical experience with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365, who thrives in a dynamic and innovative environment supporting demanding clients.
