Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious IT Project Manager to oversee the realization and disposition of information technology projects, specifically within the domain of sonar systems. The manager will be the primary contact for IT implementation, project management, and scheduling, holding overall responsibility for multiple project teams. Key tasks include planning and deploying project teams, selecting and onboarding new team members in collaboration with sales, monitoring budgets, costs, and deadlines, and supporting sales in acquiring new clients. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Computer Science or an equivalent IT qualification, 3-5 years of relevant professional experience, and expertise in IT project management and controlling. Experience with hardware-related C++ programming is also required, alongside strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
