Job Summary
As a Field Service Engineer, you will take full responsibility for the planning, execution, and documentation of service assignments at conversion sites worldwide. Your day-to-day activities involve ensuring projects meet cost, quality, and deadline requirements, while performing software integration and functional testing. You will act as a key technical liaison, coordinating with suppliers and customers, and providing training to both industrial partners and clients. This role is ideal for technical experts who enjoy high-stakes troubleshooting and independent work. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical training/degree as a Technician in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, IT Technology, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Initial professional experience in field service for an industrial company
- Experience in the analysis of complex technical errors and software integration
- Preferred experience or knowledge of defense technology products
- Proven experience in independent, structured, and responsible project execution
Languages
Additional
- Valid Class B driver's license required (BE and C1E preferred); high global travel readiness (over 90%); intercultural competence; willingness to work at various conversion sites.
