Job Summary

This role involves driving the digitalization of public administration by contributing to and developing cross-state E-Government projects within the KoSIT (Coordination Office for IT Standards). The specialist will focus on the continuous operation and evolution of inter-agency communication standards, particularly the xdomea standard, ensuring unified communication across federal and state levels. Key responsibilities include coordinating technical releases, managing project budgets, aligning technical requirements with implementation, and providing expert consultation to external partners and clients. The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Computer Science or an IT-focused field and possesses proven professional experience in coordinating complex, cross-organizational projects. Success requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication in German and English (B2 minimum), and a proactive, self-driven approach to technical and methodological framework development.
